More and more each day, foodies, top chefs, and home gourmets are keeping pecan oil on their kitchen countertops. And that's because pecan oil is simply the best culinary oil you’ve never heard of—until now.

We press our Pure Pecan Oil in small batches in Bastrop, Texas, just outside of Austin. Our oil is expeller-pressed, which means the pecan pieces are rotated and squeezed inside a powerful steel screw, releasing the oil. No chemicals or solvents are used; just pressure, and our pride in creating the best possible culinary oil for your table.

And we use only the finest American native pecans to press our oil. The American natives are the original trees, the ones that have grown wild on American soil along river bottoms and in southern backyards for generations. They produce the most buttery, flavorful oil you can extract from a pecan.

They also produce the healthiest oil. The rich golden color of our Pure Pecan Oil results from its high phenolic content. Polyphenols are antioxidants believed to fight against aging-related diseases, including heart disease and certain cancers. As we like to say, the gold lets you know it's good.

Which is why we bottle them in clear glass, 8 oz. Boston Round bottles. It's customary to bottle culinary oils in tinted or opaque glass, because after enough time, light can degrade your oil. But we wanted you to see the beautiful golden color of our Pure Pecan Oil. And, we're confident your bottle won't stay full long enough anyway to make it an issue.

So, what do you do with Pure Pecan Oil? We give this simple advice: use it just like you'd use extra virgin olive oil, or butter. Cook with it, up to 470 degrees. Bake your cookies, drizzle it on popcorn or corn on the cob, marinate your steaks and fish, even pour it on pancakes as a butter substitute.

You'll be amazed at everything you can do with Pure Pecan Oil.
